Greene County Community Park to Open Friday, May 15th

We are pleased that the gates of Greene County Community Park will open with Phase One of the Governor’s reopening plan on Friday, May 15th.  We will be following the rules that the Governor sets forth and looking out for the safety of citizens and our staff.  Phase One is suggested to last two to four weeks, barring any significant jump in COVID-19 cases.  We remind everyone to stay as safe as possible during this time.

FOR PHASE ONE:

If you feel unwell or if you are displaying any symptoms of COVID-19, please GO HOME!

Social Distancing is still in place.  Please be sure to keep at least SIX FEET of distance between yourself and anyone else.

Social Distancing guidelines at this point also call for gatherings to be limited to 10 people or less.

Masks that cover the nose and mouth are HIGHLY recommended at this time.

Bathrooms at the Comfort Station will continue to be closed.  The porta-john will remain in place for your bathroom needs.

Leave No Trace – What you bring in, you must take out.  Trash cans will not be provided at this time.
